Return Prolicy


New, unworn items can be exchanged or returned to Neweledy for a refund within 60 days of delivery. If you want to return an item, please first reach out to customer service. Note  some personalized jewelry items are made especially for you. Therefore, a 50% restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount for these pieces.


Orders can be cancelled by reaching out to our Customer Service Team. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the items to us to exchange them or get a refund. Since we start working on orders immediately, a 30% restocking fee is deducted from the total refund amount for personalized pieces.
Cancellations are processed on the same business day, but refunds may take up to 6 weeks to show up in your account or payment method.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
